Ellsworth Update

Our client was interested in developing a building on Ellsworth Street in the Shadyside are of Pittsburgh into a residence for themselves and ultimately an art gallery. In the interim, the design provides opportunity for an art gallery, a rental apartment, or other mixed use options.
